摘要
干细胞是一类具有自我更新能力并可向多种细胞、组织类型分化的细胞。Bmi1是PcG(poly-comb group)家族重要的调控基因,该基因与干细胞的增殖和肿瘤的发生密切相关,在维持干细胞的自我更新能力中起关键的作用。增强干细胞自我更新的能力可以改变干细胞的生物特性,继而导致肿瘤的发生。
Stem cells are a class of self-renewal cells, and can differentiate into a diverse range of specialized cell types. Bmil, a polycomb group repressor, is tightly related to stem cell self-proliferation and may play a key role in tumorigenesis, has been determined to play critical roles in the self-renewal of stem cells. Enhanced the ability of stem cell self-renewal can change the biological properties of stem cells, and then leading to tumorigenesis.
