摘要
:数字信号处理器具有高效的运算能力和良好的开发环境支持。基于DSP开发的超精密数控系统在综合精度和插补运算方面都有极大提高 ,从而具有良好的性能。本文从DSP和超精密数控系统的性能特点出发 ,结合实际的超精密数控系统 ,对DSP在超精密伺服控制系统、刀具监控和补偿、控制算法改进等方面的应用进行了分析研究。
DSP has efficent calculation ablity and excellent development support. The ultra\|precision CNC system, bsaed on DSP, has its precision and interpolation calculation greatly improved, which results in better performance. From the performance characteristic and combined with actual ultra\|precision CNC system, this article analyzes and studys the applications of DSP in ultra-precision servoing system, tools monitorng and compensation, and improvement of control methods.
