柔性关节式坐标测量机多参数建模

摘要 柔性关节式坐标测量机是一种近30年发展起来的典型非正交坐标测量仪器。为提高测量精度,本文对柔性关节式坐标测量机的关节晃动进行分析,结合DH模型对测量机建立包含关节晃动的多参数模型。该建模方法为进一步研究柔性关节式坐标测量机提供了理论基础。 Flexible coordinate measuring machine (FCMM) is a typical non-orthogonal coordinate measuring instrument devel- oped in recent 30 years. In order to improve the measurement accuracy, the paper studies the joint shaking of FCMM and propo- ses a multi-parameter model combined with the DH model. This modeling method provides the theoretical basis for further stud- ying FCMM.
