摘要
为了探索急倾斜薄煤层沿空留巷的新途径,提出了桁架锚索+W钢带+锚杆+金属网联合支护技术,建立了急倾斜煤层沿空留巷顶板岩层断裂的悬臂梁力学模型,采用碎胀体积法确定了工作面倾斜方向直接顶垮断的位置,通过静力学平衡方程确定了冒落矸石对桁架锚索的最大作用力,由此制定了支护设计方案,并经过了现场实践的检验,获得的成果可为急倾斜薄煤层沿空留巷设计提供良好借鉴。
In order to research new approach of retaining roadway along gob in steeply-inclined thin coal-seam, technology of combined supporting which included truss anchored cable, Wsteel belt, anchored bolt and metal mesh was put forward. Cantilever beam model of broken roof over roadway retained along gob in steeply-inclined thin coal-seam was set up. Applying bulge volume method to finding bro- ken location of immediate roof along dip direction of mining face, maximum action force of caving gangne on truss anchored cable was obtained by statics equations. Thus, supporting design was made. Practice proved this technology and the results might provide reference for retaining roadway along gob in steeply-inclined thin coal-seam.
