摘要
为研究铝粉粉尘在封闭空间中的爆炸特性,在其他实验条件相同的情况下研究两种不同的装置下点火延迟时间对铝粉爆炸参数的影响。结果表明:在哈特曼装置中的铝粉最大爆炸压力和最大爆炸压力上升速率都小于水平管道,且在最大爆炸压力上升速率上的差距更大。存在一个最佳点火时间使铝粉最大爆炸压力和最大爆炸压力上升速率同时达到最大值;哈特曼管中铝粉的最佳点火延迟时间小于水平管道。
The effect of ignition delay time on aluminum powder explosion parameters was studied with the same experimental conditions in order to research characteristics of aluminum dust explosion in a closed space. The results showed that the maxi- mum explosion pressure and maximum rate of pressure rise of Aluminum dust in Hartmann tube were both less than that in horizontal pipeline while, and fhe difference of values of the maximum rates of pressure rise is gigger. There existed an op- timum ignition delay time to maximize the maximum explosion pressure and maximum rate of pressure rise. But it takes more time of the Aluminum dust in the horizontal pipeline dust ex- ploding device.
