以地铁列车中部(3~4节车厢处)起火且失去前进动力停于区间隧道中点为研究重点,分析火灾时人员疏散和救援行动的难点,研究火灾初起时车厢内乘客自救疏散、地铁运营控制中心指挥疏散及消防应急指战员强力疏散的具体措施。
The problem that a fire may break out in the middle of a subway train (between the third and the fourth coach), and the train may stop at the midpoint of the metro tunnel as a re- sult of losing driving force was mainly discussed, and the diffi- cult of carrying out evacuating and rescuing operations under such circumstances was analyzed. Some specific measures that could be taken in the evacuation conducted by passengers them selves, the evacuation guided by control center, and the emer- gency evacuation conducted by firefighters were discussed too.
