摘要
在传统的有线监控系统基础上,利用GPRS DTU和OPC技术设计了剑杆织机的无线监控系统,着重阐述了无线监控终端通过GPRS与OPC服务器的无线连接实现剑杆织机实时动态数据监测与控制,进而优化织机的内部线路结构,增强织机监控地点的灵活性,以提高产品的市场竟争力。
Based on traditional wired monitoring system, it designed radio monitoring system of rapier loom by using the GPRS DTU and OPC technology. It expounded that the radio monitoring terminal realized the monitoring and control of real-time dynamic data for rapier loom through the communication of GPRS and OPC sever, then it optimized the internal circuit structure of loom to in- crease the flexibility of monitoring locations and improve market competition of rapier loom.
