摘要
高职系域文化是高职校园文化的重要组成部分,是体现专业系部特色和"精气神"的符号体系。创建富有个性的特色系域文化,是构建和谐部门的重要举措,是培养高端技能型人才不可或缺的重要方面。系域文化建设主要表现为精神文化、制度文化、物质文化和行为文化建设等。在系域文化建设中,必须充分发挥系部党政和团学组织的作用,传扬传统文化、对接企业文化,使学生在浓郁的文化环境中"诗意地栖居"。
The faculty culture of higher vocational colleges is an essential makeup of campus culture of higher vocational colleges. It is the symbol system that can embody the characters and spirit of departments or faculties. Building unique faculty culture matters greatly and indispensably to the construction of harmonious department and the cultivation of high-end skilled talents. It covers a wide variety of aspects including building spiritual culture, institutional culture, material culture, behavioral culture, etc, which are all supposed to be led by the party units and league organizations of higher vocational colleges to promote traditional culture and to link to the values of enterprises, so that it can provide college students with strongly cultural environment in which they can poetically live.
