摘要
取松花江水为冷却水,采用在线监测和手工分析相结合的方法,对板式换热器的污垢热阻进行了分析,并重点研究了冷却水中溶解氧以及与之相关的pH值、铁离子、微生物总数等水质参数的变化。实验结果表明:当板式换热器表面形成一定厚度的污垢后,因溶解氧的消耗和传质的困难,溶解氧的促进作用减小;溶解氧对pH值和铁离子的影响不大,对实验开始阶段的微生物的生长繁殖起着重要的作用,从而促使了生物垢的生成。
Take the Songhua river water for the cooling water,using the method of combine the online monitoring and manual analysis,the experimental analysis of plate heat exchanger fouling resistance,and focus on the water quality parameters of dissolved oxygen and pH,iron,total bacterial in the cooling water.The results show that:when a certain thickness of fouling on the surface of plate heat exchanger,the advancement of fouling conformation reduced as for the difficult of transfer.The dissolved oxygen has little effect on pH and iron,but has important effect on growth and reproduction of total bacterial,this is the important condition of bacterial fouling conformation.
