摘要
旅游景区招收旅游管理专业的实习生入职,可以降低景区管理的人力成本,提前完成人才的储备工作,提高景区管理的核心竞争力。使用实习生的旅游景区应着力分析当前在实习生管理中存在的主要问题,做到思想重视,密切校企联系、规范规章制度、强化激励措施、加强安全管理。
Tourist attractions, by supplying internship to tourism management majors, can reduce the human re- sources cost, improve their core competitiveness and reserve future personnel. Those tourist attractions should try to find problems in the management of interns and their causes, take the management seriously, strengthen the cooperation with the colleges where the students are from, amplify necessary rules and regulations, consoli- date incentive measures, and improve security management.
