安全仪表系统现场可靠性数据收集及处理方法 被引量:11

摘要 分析了安全仪表系统可靠性数据的特点,给出了特有的数据收集与处理流程,在安全仪表可靠性数据处理上提倡使用贝叶斯方法,并举例说明该方法的可行性。建议国内石化行业内部创建一个具有计算和管理功能的安全仪表系统可靠性数据平台,该平台应涵盖企业历史数据、外部通用数据及"经验使用"的内部用户认可设备数据等,可为功能安全评估、SIS设备选型和企业设备管理提供可靠性数据支持。 The characteristics of SIS reliability data is analyzed. Its unique procedure of data collection and processing is established. For processing of field reliability data, Bayesian method is recommended, and an example is illustrated to indicate the feasibility of the method. It is proposed to establish a platform of SIS reliability data with calculation and management function in domestic petrochemical industry. The :platform should cover historical corporate data, external general data and "Internal user approved" equipment data of experience usage. The platform can provide reliability data to functional safety assessment, SIS equipment selection and corporate equipment management.
