摘要
针对目前国内还未见雨量计校准仪器,现有雨量计校准方法都是人工手动完成,校准过程复杂繁琐,且人为误差较大等问题,设计了一种智能化雨量计的校准系统,分析了液位测量原理和流量控制步骤,详细介绍了系统在基于目标流量负反馈基础上的雨量模拟、控制过程以及故障监测。采用TMS320F2812作为控制器,给出了软硬件设计思想和可靠的雨流量控制的关键技术。该系统具有体积小便于携带、界面友好、便于实时自动校准、稳定性高、成本低廉和易于维护等优点。
Existing calibration technologies are done manually, which are complicated and can' t avoid the manual errors. The rain gauge calibrator is designed which gets the function of calibrating rain gauge automatically. The principle of liquid level detecting and flow control are analyzed. The control process based on the negative feedback of real-time flow is described in detail. The system takes TMS320F2812 as controller. The design idea of the software and hardware and key technology are given. This system has some advantages such as small size, friendly interface, convenient calibration, high stability, low cost and easy to maintain.
