摘要
文中采用LabVIEW为开发平台,设计并实现了一套黄酒发酵测控系统。在黄酒发酵控制中,溶解氧的浓度(DO)是一个非常重要的参数,与酸度、糖度等其它过程参数的关系极为紧密。针对黄酒发酵溶氧控制非线性,时变性、强耦合等特点,设计了一种基于模糊PID的溶氧控制系统。文中采用LabVIEW与MATLAB混合编程的方法,对发酵罐中的溶氧进行实时检测和控制。结果表明,该控制方法具有动态响应快、超调量小、鲁棒性强等优点,有很好的实用性,可以实现DO值的实时监控。
This paper designed a set of rice wine fermentation control system based on the development platform of LabVIEW.The dissolved oxygen(DO)is a very important parameter in the control of rice wine fermentation,which has a close relation with acidity,sugar and other process parameters.According to the features of nonlinearity,time-varying and strong coupling in the dissolved oxygen of rice wine,a control system of dissolved oxygen based on the fuzzy-PID control strategy was designed.This paper used LabVIEW and the MATLAB mix programming method to realize the real-time detection and control of the dissolved oxygen in the tank of fermentation.The result shows the control strategy has a fast dynamic response,slight overshoot and strong robust,and with good usability,which can realize the real-time monitoring of DO values.
