摘要
采用哈克转矩流变仪制得不同加工条件下的聚乳酸样品;采用差式扫描量热法(DSC)和熔体质量流动速率(MFR)对聚乳酸样品进行了结构表征和热性能分析。实验结果表明:随着加工温度、加工时间及转速等的增加,聚乳酸的黏度,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)等都有一定程度的减小,即加剧了聚乳酸的热降解。
PLA was processed in HAKKE rheometer under different processing conditions. Structure characterization and thermal property of the PLA samples was also confirmed through DSC and MFR. The re- sults indicated the viscosity, MFR and Ts decreased with the increase of processing temperatures, time and revolving speed, the molecular weight, the thermal degradation of PLA was aggravated.
