摘要
高职院校实训基地是培养高技能应用型人才的重要载体,为加强实训基地的建设和管理,研究分析了实训基地的现状,阐述了实训基地的建设模式和建设途径,分析了实训基地应具备的功能,对实训基地的管理和运行机制提出了构想。
Training base of higher vocational colleges is an important carrier who cultivating the high-skilled and applied tal- ents, In order to strengthen construction and management of training base, the present situation of training base is researched and an- alyzed. The construction mode and construction approach of training base are expounded, and the functions of training base are ana- lyzed. At last, the management and operation mechanism of training base are conceived.
