摘要
高校辅导员具有教师和干部的双重身份,从干部管理角度来加强辅导员队伍建设重点要抓好:坚持德才兼备、以德为先来做好辅导员的选聘配备;按照注重潜力,着眼长远来做好辅导员的发展规划;要拓宽渠道,合理倾斜,搭建辅导员晋升发展平台;注重德才表现,强化结果运用,通过考核来优化辅导员队伍。
College instructors have double identities of teacher and cadre. Strengthening the construction of instructor function- aries is the important task of college organization department. Considering cadres management, the following respects should be stressed in terms of instructor functionaries construction. Organization department should distribute college instructors in accord- ance with both ability and moral integrity, putting moral integrity first, should develop a long - term plan according to the college instructors' potential, should widen the channel, give proper preferential treatment to the college instructors, and build a promo- tion and development platform for them, and should focus on morality and talent performance, enhance results application, and optimize college instructor functionaries by check and assessment.
