摘要
连续挤压技术是一种新型高效加工技术,由于工艺流程短、生产成本低、制品性能优越而在铜加工领域得到日益广泛的应用。中铝昆明铜业有限公司引进的TLJ系列连续挤压铜扁线生产线已成功开发出不同规格的高精度、高质量铜扁线产品。生产实践表明,合理的生产工艺是铜扁线连续挤压顺行的关键;表面气泡、夹杂、充不满等缺陷是影响铜扁线质量的常见问题;通过挤压间隙的合理控制、选择合理的挤压速度和选用合理的扩展比等手段,可有效控制制品缺陷,提高连续挤压铜扁线的成材率。
Continuous extrusion is the new and high performance processing technology which being extensively used in the copper processing field. Because of the short process flow, low production cost and the superior product performance, the TLJ series continu- ous extrusion production line has been successful used to develop the high precision and high quality rectangular copper wire product by Chinalco Kunming copper. According to the production practice, reasonable production process is the key of the rectangular copper wire continuous extrusion. The void defects, inclusion defects and unfulfilled defects are the common factors to affect the quality of the rec- tangular copper wire, we have adopted the methods of adjusting the extrusion gap, choosing the reasonable extrusion speed and choosing the reasonable expanding ratio to control the defects of the product and improve the rate of finished products.
