摘要
目的:研究用离子色谱法同时测定车间空气中硫酸和三氧化硫时,淋洗液浓度和保留时间的选择。方法:车间空气中硫酸和三氧化硫用装有碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠的多孔玻板吸收管采集,经0.22μm水性微孔滤膜过滤,然后经过IonpacAS11-HC型分离柱(4×250 mm)、IonpacAG11-HC型保护柱、ASRS300(4-mm)阴离子抑制器、KOH自动淋洗液、电导检测器进行检测。结果:本方法线性良好(r=0.99996),精密度高(RSD<5.5%),加标回收率在92%~105%。结论:该方法操作简单、方便、准确、灵敏度高,适用于大批量硫酸和三氧化硫(空气中硫酸的浓度乘以0.82即为三氧化硫的浓度)样品的测定。
Objective:To establish eluent concentration and retention time selection in the simultaneous determination of Sulfuric acid and sulfur trioxide in the air of workplace by the ion chromatographic method.Methods:Sulfuric acid and sulfur trioxide in the air of workplace was collected with sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate in the porous glass plate absorber,filtrated by 0.22 μm)aqueous microporous membrane,and then went through the separation column of IonpacAS11-HC(4*250 mm),the protective column of IonpacAG11-HC,ASRS300(4-mm) anion suppressor,automatic KOH eluent,and detected by conductivity detector.Results:The correlation coefficient was high(r=0.99996),RSD5.5,the recovery rate was 92%~105%.Conclusion:The method is simple,convenient,accurate,high sensitive and suitable for determination of sulfuric acid and sulfur trioxide in large quantities of samples.
