摘要
目的:探讨乳牙一次性根管治疗适应证及充填材料的临床选择及其临床疗效。方法:首先确定乳牙一次法根管治疗的适用病例,将146颗纳入研究范围的患乳牙根据性别、年龄、病程及临床诊断分成两组,分别采用碘仿-Ca(OH)2甘油糊剂一次法根管充填和传统的根管治疗,进行比较研究。观察术后1周的反应,及1年的临床疗效。结果:碘仿-Ca(OH)2甘油糊剂一次法根管充填和传统的根管治疗充填方法术后反应及成功率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:选择好适应证及充填材料,在乳牙慢性牙髓根尖周病中使用一次法根管充填方法可取得良好效果。
Objective：to discuss the one-visit root canal therapy in treating the indications, the clinical selection of the filling materials and their clinical effects. Methods：Firstly, the cases were identified suitable for the treatment of one-visit canal therapy. Then 146 baby teeth in the research were di- vided into 2 groups according to the sufferers＇ sex, age, course of disease and clinical diagnosis. They were treated with one-visit root canal filling method by iodoform-Ca （OH）z glycerin paste and conventional therapy respectively. The postoperative reaction after one week and one year＇s clinical curative effect were observed. Results. There was no obvious difference in postoperative reaction and successful rate between the one-visit root canal filling method by iodoform-Ca （OH）2 glycerin paste and conventional therapy （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The selection of indications and filling materials will acquire better effect in treating baby teeth pulp periapical disease with one-visit root canal therapy.
