摘要
目的 :观察三妙胶囊对丙酸睾丸素致大、小鼠前列腺增生的影响。方法 :皮下注射丙酸睾丸素 (雄性小鼠 5 g·kg-1·d-1,2 1d ;雄性大鼠 3 g·kg-1·d-1,14d)造成前列腺增生动物模型。给药组分别灌胃 :三妙胶囊组小鼠 3 6.3 ,18.2 g·kg-1,大鼠 2 5 .2 ,12 .6g·kg-1;前列康组 1.9g·kg-1。正常对照组和模型对照组灌胃等体积生理盐水。末次给药后 2 4h ,测定雌二醇 (E2 )、碱性磷酸酶 (AKP)和血清锌 (Zn2 +) ;处死动物 ,取前列腺称重 ,计算前列腺指数并进行病理学检查。结果 :三妙胶囊可降低前列腺增生模型大、小鼠的前列腺湿重和前列腺指数 (P <0 .0 1) ,提高血清E2 活性 (P <0 .0 1) ,抑制血清Zn2 +浓度 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :三妙胶囊有治疗前列腺增生作用 ,其机理可能与提高血清E2 活性、降低Zn2 +浓度有关。
Objective:To observe the effect of Sanmiao Mixture Capsules(SMC)on prostate hyperplasia in mice and rats.Method:The model of prostate hyperplasia was made by injecting testosterone propionate in to male mice(5g·kg -1 ·d -1 ,21d)and rats(3g·kg -1 ·d -1 ,14d).The treated group was administered SMC(mice:36.3g·kg -1 and 18.2g·kg -1 ;rats:25.2g·kg -1 and12.6g·kg -1 ),the normal control group 1.9g·kg -1 ,and the model control group NS. hours after the last administration serum tests were carried out on E 2, AKP and Zn 2+ .Then the animals were killed,prostates taken out and weighed,index of prostate was calculated and pathological examination performed .Result : In the SMC treated group,the prostate weight and index were lowered( P < 0.01) the mean activation of E 2 was raised,and the mean concentration of AKP and Zn 2+ was inhibited ( P < 0.01).Conclusion:SMC are helpful in checking prostate hyperplasia in mice and rats,the mechanism being probably related to the raising of activation of E 2 as well as to the inhibition of concentration of AKP and Zn 2+ .
