摘要
采用并联式布置文丘里管实现非道路用柴油机废气再循环(EGR),从而降低NOx的排放,并利用GT-POWER软件建立相应的数学模型,模拟喷油提前角和文丘里管系统的旁通阀开闭情况对柴油机放热率和NOx排放的影响。试验和模拟结果表明,在非道路用柴油机上以并联式布置文丘里管后,其排放值能满足欧ⅢA标准;在大负荷开启文丘里管系统的旁通阀时,进气量有所增加,缸压增加,而NOx排放变化不大;在中小负荷开启文丘里管系统的旁通阀时,缸压增加但NOx排放也增加,此时适当推迟喷油能得到缸压和NOx排放的双重改善。
The parallel-connected type venturi tube was used for non-road mobile machinery(NRMM) to achieve exhaust gas recirculation(EGR) which can reduce the NOx emission,and simulation model was built by using GT-POWER software to simulate the effect of injection advanced angle and bypass valve of venturi tube on heat release rate and NOx emission.The experiment and simulation results show that the non-road mobile machinery equipped with parallel-connected type venturi tube can attain EuroⅢA emission standard;opening the bypass valve under heavy load can increase the intake flow and the peak in-cylinder pressure while the NOx emission does not increase;under middle load opening the bypass valve can increase the peak in-cylinder pressure but also increase the NOx emission,delaying the injection time appropriately can get double improvement about the in-cylinder pressure and NOx emission.
