摘要
多向主动挤压过程中,应力状态复杂,金属的流动受多种因素的影响。应用三维有限元软件模拟了在多向同步挤压条件下,典型三通件的金属流动情况以及分流线的演变规律。并用成形过程中的典型应力图进行了应力分区,对各区的应力状态进行了分析。对比了该工艺与分步加载条件下的载荷-行程曲线,分析了成形力减小的原因。
During the active extrusion process, the stress state is complex and the metal flow is affected by many factors. By Deform-3D finite element simulation software, it was simulated that metal flow of tee joint and the evolution of flow line in multi-direction synchronized extrusion conditions. Deformation division was obtained through the typical stress graph, The stress state of each division was analyzed. Compared the load-displacement curves, the reason of forming force decrease was analyzed.
