摘要
针对0Cr18Ni9不锈钢,采用3种不同的焊接工艺方法,选取合适焊接工艺参数,制备3组完整的焊接接头。通过X荧光光谱化学成分分析和盐雾腐蚀试验,研究了不同焊接方法下0Cr18Ni9不锈钢焊缝金属的腐蚀性能。结果表明,不同焊接方法下焊缝合金成分差异较大、且分布不均;腐蚀过程中以点蚀为主,主要发生在焊缝的贫Cr区;TIG-TIG焊缝区腐蚀程度相对较轻。
Using three different welding processes, the appropriate welding process parameters were selected and three welded joints of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel were prepared. The microstructure of salt spray corrosion in weld metal zone of 0Cr18Ni9 steel under different welding methods were studied by X-fluorescent chemical composition analysis and salt spray corrosion test. The results show that the alloy chemical composition of weld metal are different and distributes uniformly under different welding methods. The pit-corrosion is the major corrosion morphology for austenitic stainless steel under salt condition, and it mainly occurs in Cr-poverty areas. The corrosion properties in weld zone of TIG-TIG procedure achieve little extent.
