摘要
有关多晶材料晶体生长机理及计算机模拟方法 ,我们已作了详细的论述[1 ,2 ] 。本文以蒙特卡罗 (MonteCarlo)方法为基础 ,通过对Q -statepotts算法进行改进 ,建立快速的Q -statepotts算法 ,用Delphi 3.0提供的ObjectPascal语言编写软件 ,在PC 586上实现了多晶材料晶粒生长结构演化的计算机模拟及统计分析。正常晶粒演化形貌图与生长动力学相符合 ,逼真度较好。生长指数的模拟值为 0 .4 7。
We had discussed the mechanism of grain growth of polycrystalline materials and the methods of computer simulation in detail.In this paper,we propose a quick Q-state potts algorithm which based on Monte Carlo method and basic Q-state potts algorithm.Computer simulating on microstructure evolution of grain growth is accomplished by making program which written in Object Pascal language of Delphi 3.0 on a PC586.The dealing with our attained results are also done.The evolution figures of normal grain growth accord with the growth kinetics and the growth exponent we got is 0.47.
