摘要
选择行血管腔内治疗的下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症(PAD)患者20例,比较术前和术后1、6、24 h及2周患者静脉血浆P-选择素和内皮素1水平,患者术后的P-选择素和内皮素1水平明显升高。P-选择素和内皮素1水平在血管腔内治疗术后有一定程度的激活,术后监测对患者的临床治疗及判断预后可能有重要价值。
To explore the expression and significance of plasma P-selectin （PS） and endothelin-1 （ ET-1 ） in pa- tients with peripheral arterial disease （PAD） after percutaneous transluminal angioplasty （FrA） and endovascular stent. The levels of PS and ET-1 before PTA and endovascular stent and 1 h,6 h,24 h ,2 weeks after stenting were measured in all twenty patients with PAD. The levels of PS and ET-1 increased obviously at 1 h ,6 h,24 h,2 weeks after PTA and endovascular stent. The levels of PS and ET-1 were activated to some extent after PTA and endovas- cular stent. Monitoring these biological indexes after PTA and endovascular stent may be of great value of clinical therapy and judgment of prognosis.
