摘要
介绍了ETC节流阀体产品结构、模具结构及生产过程中出现的废品情况,对模具的进料系统及排溢系统作了分析改进,将压室由50mm调整为60mm,降低了压射比压。并对生产过程中的实际工艺参数进行了测量,发现实际的压射速度远低于原设计值,重新对压射速度进行了调整,从而达到了减少铸件废品的目的。
Structure of ETC throttle valve body,mould structure and scrap occurred in the production were introduced.The feeding system and exhausting system were modified.The injection pressure was decreased by enlarging chamber from 50 mm to 60 mm in diameter.Practical running parameters were measured.It is found that the real injection velocity is lower far away designed parameters.Through adjusting injection velocity,the scrap was decreased.
