红外测温在工频炉熔炼铝合金中的应用

摘要 介绍了以红外测温方式替代热电偶+保护套管应用于工频炉熔融铝液的温度测控新方式,以及红外测温工作基础及原理。介绍了红外测温应用在工频炉上的主要工艺技术特点及关键技术,对红外测温的适用性进行了验证分析,提出了相应的工艺要求。经实践验证,红外测温能够较好地应用于工频炉熔配铝液温度的测量控制。 The temperature measurement of molten Al alloy in main frequency furnace was conducted by the infrared technology instead of the thermo-couple and protection sleeve.The working principle of the infrared technology was introduced,and the main technological features and the key technology were described.The feasibility of the measuring method was analyzed,and the related technological requirements were presented.The practical application verified that the infrared technology could be applied for the temperature measuring of the molten Al alloy in the main frequency furnace.
