摘要
创新虚拟社会管理,是创新社会管理的内在要求和应有之义,有助于实现互联网产业健康发展,正确引导网上舆论,净化网络虚拟环境。加强互联网法律法规建设,建立健全党委统一领导、政府全面负责、社会积极协同、公众广泛参与的管理格局,更新管理观念,加强职能部门之间的协调配合,建立长效工作机制,是我国创新虚拟社会管理的必由之路和必要之举。
Improving virtual community management is the inherent requirement of innovative social management and the proper responsibility, which helps to achieve healthy development of Internet industry, guide the public＇s opinions and purify networked virtual environment. In China, it is the only way of innovation virtual community management to strengthen the construction of Internet laws and regulations, set up management pattern of a unified leadership of the Party Committee, Governments＇ overall responsibility, community coordination, and public participation. Therefore, the necessary thing is to update management concept and reinforce the coordination between the various departments to establish a long-acting mechanism.
