摘要
目的研究盐胁迫对黄蜀葵花瓣中金丝桃苷累积的影响。方法用盆栽法在不同浓度盐胁迫下栽培黄蜀葵,采用高效液相色谱法测定花瓣中金丝桃苷含量。结果当NaCl浓度为0.30%时,金丝桃苷含量达到最大;当NaCl浓度为0.50%时,金丝桃苷含量开始下降。结论适度盐胁迫有利于黄蜀葵花瓣中金丝桃苷成分的累积。
Objective To study the effect of salt stress on the accumulation of hyperin from flowers of Abel- moschus manihot. Method The hyperin contents in flowers of Abelmoschus manihot potted under different salt con- centrations were determined by HPLC. Result The contents of hyperin reached the maximum in 0.30 % NaCl, and the contents of hyperin began to decline over 0.50 % NaCl. Conclusion Proper concentration of salt stress was good for the accumulation of hyperin in flowers of Abelmoschus manihot.
