摘要
目的研究适合桑黄多糖发酵的液体培养基。方法以桑黄为材料,主要对该真菌多糖发酵的液体培养基进行了研究,以菌丝生物量和多糖产量为指标,筛选适宜桑黄液体培养的配方。结果确定了桑黄多糖的发酵培养基配方:碳源为玉米粉40 g/L、氮源为20 g/L黄豆粉、KH2PO41g/L、MgSO40.5g/L,同时还确定了最佳发酵终点为132 h。结论该试验筛出了液体培养基配方,适合桑黄多糖发酵。
Objective To research on polysaccharide from fermentation liquid medium. Methods The fer- mentation medium of the polysaccharide from Phellinus baumii were investigated in this paper. Results The re- sults showed that the optimum medium of fermentation polysaccharide was carbon source-corn flour 40 g/L, nitro- gen source-soybean flour 20 g/L, KH2PO4 1 g/L, MgSO4 0.5g/L, and culture time 132 hours. Conclusion The liquid culture medium formula screened out was suitable for polysaccharide fermentation.
