摘要
渭河特大桥主桥全长10km,号称西部第一长桥。结合西铜高速渭河特大桥刚构悬灌梁合龙段施工,总结混凝土刚构悬灌梁合龙段施工的特点。简要介绍了工程概况,重点分析了跨既有铁路连续刚构合龙段施工方法,包括配重方案、高程控制、临时锁定、混凝土浇筑、预应力张拉及压浆等工序。施工原理较简单,成效明显,能够有效保障合龙段的工期和质量要求。
The main bridge length for Weihe Super Large Bridge is 10km, which is known as the first Western Bridge. Combined with closure segment construction of cantilever beam of Weihe Super Large Bridge for Xi＇ an to Tongchuan Expressway, the construction characteristics of closure segment is summarized. The author briefly introduces the engineering situation, emphatically analyzes the construction method of closure segment of continuous rigid - frame bridge across existing railway, including counterweight scheme, elevation control, temporary anchoring, concrete pouring, prestress tension and grouting and so on. The construction principle is simple, the effect is obvious ,which ensures construction period and quality of closure segment.
