传动带用骨架材料现状与发展 被引量:7

摘要 对传动带用骨架材料的应用现状、技术性能及今后的发展方向进行论述。现有的传动带用骨架材料有聚酯纤维、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、芳纶纤维、玻璃纤维、碳纤维、钢丝绳和聚对亚苯基苯并双噁唑纤维。目前大量使用的纤维有普通和高模量低收缩聚酯纤维、E型玻璃纤维、聚酰胺6和66纤维和钢丝绳,未来可能大量使用的纤维有K型和U型玻璃纤维以及PEN纤维等。
