胰腺星状细胞在胰腺癌发展中所扮演的角色 被引量：3

摘要 胰腺癌的预后极差，5年生存率〈1％。在西方国家，胰腺癌位于恶性疾病死因的第4位，年发病率约10／10万。外科手术及相关的辅助治疗依然作为有可能治愈胰腺癌的惟一手段。近年来胰腺癌肿瘤微环境愈来愈受关注，
