摘要
在重液分离和强磁选探索试验的基础上,按重选方案对某Cr2O3含量在14%左右的低品位铬矿石进行了多个流程的选矿试验,结果表明,将原矿磨至-0.076 mm占50%后分成+0.076 mm和-0.076 mm两个粒级进行摇床重选,可取得精矿Cr2O3品位为45.64%、Cr2O3回收率为67.99%的较好指标,从而为该低品位铬矿资源的合理开发提供了依据。
Based on the exploratory experiment by the methods of separation in heavy liquid and high intensity magnetic separation,according to the gravity separation method carried out several flow-sheets to the low grade chromium ore containing Cr2O3 about 14%. The results show that after grinding the raw ore to the particle size at -0. 076 mm 50%, then separating to + 0. 076 mm and -0. 076 mm two size fraction, by gravity separation with shaking table, can get the concentrate with the grade of Cr2O3at 45.64% ,recovery at 67.99%. These provide a basis for reasonable utilization to this kind low grade chromium ore.
