Safe Mining Technology of Difficult-to-mine Orebody in the Complex Environment of Sulfide Ore Spontaneous Combustion Area

摘要 介绍了广西华锡集团股份有限公司铜坑矿细脉带矿体的围岩条件和开采环境,对其上覆硫化矿自燃火区的危害和围岩开采条件进行了分析,提出了优化改进的无底柱崩落采矿法,并对其实施中的各种危害采取了应对措施,经过技术攻关,完成了火区治理及复杂环境破碎难采矿体的安全开采,安全回收矿量216.88万t,为矿山创造了约12.18亿元的产值,同时也为类似复杂条件下矿体的开采提供了经验。 This paper introduces the surrounding rock condition and mining environment of the veinlet belt orebody in Tongkeng mine of China Tin Group Co. , Ltd, and analyzes the hazards of the overlying the sulfide ore spontaneous combustion and the sur- rounding rock conditions of mining. An optimized and improved pillarless caving method has been advanced. Some counter meas- ures to all damages in the implementation of this mining method were taken. By tackling key technological problems, the control- ling of ore spontaneous combustion area and the safe mining of the fractured and difficult - to - mine orebody under the complex environment has been achieved. 216. 88×104 tons ore was mined safely,resulting in output value of 1. 218 billion yuan for the mine. The study provided experience for the ore mining under the similar complex conditions.
