摘要
翅片导流板填料是为了延长气液接触时间、维持设备动平衡和解决液沫夹带等问题而发明的专利。在超重力因子β=20.9—130.6、回流比R=1.5—4、原料液流量q=25—50 L/h、常压操作条件下,对甲醇/水进行了精馏分离实验,探讨了多级翅片导流板旋转填料床运行情况与传质性能。结果显示:塔项产物甲醇质量分数随β和q的增大先升高后降低;随R的增大而升高。在最佳操作条件β=51.5,R=4和q=35 L/h时,塔顶产物甲醇质量分数为99%。应用MATLAB软件对实验参数进行了显著性检验,显著性由高到低依次为回流比、超重力因子、原料液流量。
Fin baffle packing was invented for extending gas and liquid contacting time, keeping rotating packed bed smooth running, and solving the problem of entrainment, etc. The running state and mass transfer property of rotating packed bed with multi-fin baffle packing were investigated with methanol/water mix solution at average high gravity factor β of 20.9-130.6, reflux ratio R of 1.5-4, feedstock flow q of 25-50 L/h, and atmospheric pressure. The experimental data show that the methanol mass fraction of distillate increases firstly and then decreases with the average high gravity factor βand the feedstock flow R , and increases with the reflux ratio, which can reach 99% (mass fraction)at the optimum operating conditions of β= 51.5, R = 4 and q = 35 L/h. With MATLAB software, the significance of operating conditions from high to low level is sequenced by reflux ratio, average high gravity factor and feedstock flow.
