摘要
通过剖析天津水务信息化的现状,根据本地特色和全国信息化的发展趋势,提出天津水务信息化将进入转型期。从全局整体出发,以统一标准、资源整合、信息共享、支持业务应用为目标,分别从基础设施、水务应用、保障环境3个方面规划天津水务信息化的未来发展构想,以构建安全、高效、开放的水务信息化综合管理体系。
By analyzing Tianjin water information actuality, the article proposes Tianjin water information would come into transition based on local characteristics and development tendency of the national water informatization. Proceed from the global and setting unified standard, resource integration, information sharing, for business application as target, it schemes the future development conception from base installation, water application, guarantee environment.
