8种常用除草剂对黄芩种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:14

摘要 通过室内和大田小区试验初步测定8种常用除草剂对黄芩种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,4种苗前处理除草剂乙草胺、金都尔、上格747和农达在室内试验中对黄芩种子萌发均无影响,但都使黄芩幼苗生长受到抑制;在大田条件下乙草胺和金都尔对黄芩出苗和幼苗生长均无影响。4种苗后茎叶处理除草剂中除莎阔丹使黄芩幼苗产生药害外,其余3种除草剂在室内条件下对黄芩幼苗安全;烟嘧.莠去津在大田条件下对黄芩产生药害,高效盖草能对黄芩的安全性较好。 The effects of eight herbicides on seeds germination and seedling growth of Scutellaria baicalensis Georg were studied by experiments in the laboratory and field.The result showed that four premergence herbicides acetochlor,S-metolachlor,Shangge 747 and roundup had no effect on seed germination but seedling growth was inhibited in the laboratory experiment.The result from a field experiment showed that acetochlor and S-metolachlor had no effect on emergence and seedling growth.Four postemergence herbicides were safe to Scutellaria baicalensis Georg at the laboratoty condition except basagran.Field experiment showed that nicosulfuron·atrazine was harmful at the field condition;Haloxyfop-R-methyl was safe to Scutellaria baicalensis Georg.
