经皮冠状动脉介入术后上消化道出血致胃大部切除术一例 被引量：4

摘要 1临床资料 患者，女性，51岁。因阵发性胸痛1个月，于2011．03-22人院。患者每于快步行时出现胸骨后疼痛，休息10min左右可缓解。入院体检：体温36．7℃，血压：146／84mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），心率：73次／分，心音有力，A2〉P2腹部软，全腹无压痛，反跳痛。实验室检查：血常规：血红蛋白128g／L。
