摘要
目的研究疏毛吴茱萸辛味拆分组分——生物碱Ⅰ组分的物质基础。方法采用半制备ODS反相柱色谱现代分离技术与方法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱学数据进行结构鉴定。结果从疏毛吴茱萸辛味拆分组分生物碱Ⅰ组分中分离并鉴定了8个化合物,分别为去氢吴茱萸碱(1)、13-methyl-13H-indolo[2',3':3,4]pyrido[2,1-b]quinazolin-5-one(2)、吴茱萸碱(3)、吴茱萸次碱(4)、羟基吴茱萸碱(5)、二氢吴茱萸新碱(6)、吴茱萸新碱(7)、1-甲基-2-(6Z,9Z)-10-十五二烯基-4(1H)-喹诺酮(8)。结论吴茱萸辛味拆分组分的物质基础有去氢吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱等成分。化合物2为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To investigate the effective substance basis from alkaloidsⅠconstituents-pungent resolution and composition of Euodia rutaecarpa(Juss.) Benth.var.bodinieri(Dode) Huang.METHODS Isolation and purification were carried out on the semi preparative ODS RP-column chromatography,aqueous extract of Euodia rutaecarpa var.bodinieri.Structural determination of the pure compounds was based on physico-chemical properties and various spectral data analysis.RESULTS Eight compounds were obtained from Euodia rutaecarpa var.bodinieri.They were identified as dehydroevodiamine(1),13-methyl-13H-indolo[2′,3′:3,4]pyridoquinazolin-5-one(2),evodiamine(3),rutaecarpine(4),hydroxyevodiamine(5),dihydroevocarpine(6),evocarpine(7),[1-methyl-2-(6Z,9Z)-10-penta-decadinenyl-4(1H)-quinolone](8).CONCLUSION The pungent resolution ingredients from Euodiae Fructus consist mainly of dehydroevodiamine,evodiamine and rutacarpine.And compound 2 is isolated from Euodia rutaecarpa var.bodinieri for the first time.
