摘要
目的:探讨决明子的炮制方法对其蒽醌类化学成分含量的影响。方法:取决明子生品和炮制品,采用高效液相色谱法测定总蒽醌类成分含量。结果:决明子生制品的蒽醌类含量低于炒制品。结论:炮制方法对决明子蒽醌类的含量有一定影响。
Objective: To explore the effect of processing method on the content of anthraquinone ingredient in JueMingZi (Catsia tora Linn). Method: Contents of anthraquinone were detected with HPLC in unprocessed and processed products. Result: Content of anthraquinono ingredient in unprocessed product was lower than that in processed products. Conclusion: Processing method showed definite effect on content of anthraquinone ingredient in Jue M ingZi.
