摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对预防白血病化疗后口腔溃疡发生的作用。方法:将115例白血病化疗患者随机分为观察组58例、对照组57例,对照组予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予心理干预、预防感染、饮食干预等护理指导。结果:口腔溃疡发生率观察组为24.14%,对照组为47.37%,2组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预可有效预防白血病化疗后口腔溃疡的发生。
Objective： To explore the functions of nursing intervention in preventing chemotherapy-induced oral ulcers in patients with leukemia. Method： All 115 patients with leukemia undergoing chemotherapy were randomly divided into 58 cases in observation group and 57 cases in control group. Control group received routine nursing, observation group were administered with nursing guidance including psychological intervention, infection prevention, diet intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Result： Incidence rate of oral ulcers in observation group was 24.14%, lower than 47.37% of control group with statistical meaning （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Nursing intervention can effectively prevent from oral ulcers after chemotherapy in patients with leukemia.
