摘要
随着市场经济发展的多元化和产业结构调整的不断深入,武汉市中心城区灵活就业人员参加养老保险的数量越来越多,问题也越来越突出。以武汉市中心城区的灵活就业人员参保运行数据为依据,分析了灵活就业人员的参保现状,运行模式以及存在问题,并对这些问题提出了相应的解决方案。
As a result of the pluralistic development of market economy and adjustment of industry structure, the number of casual workers who have the demand for retirement insurance is increasing recently, which poses great challenges to the present retirement insurance system in China. The paper sets out to study retirement insurance cover for the casual workers in the downtown areas of Wuhan city. The data are collected and analyzed. The retirement insurance procedures are studied and problems are identified. Based on the above analysis, solution to the problems is put forward.
