摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-OES)法对葡萄酒中14种元素含量进行测定,对样品前处理方法和检测条件进行了研究,建立了一套完整的分析方法.样品前处理采用80℃水浴加热除去酒精,加入硝酸和双氧水对样品进行消解,此方法简单易行,元素损失少.用ICP-OES法测定葡萄酒中14种元素含量,标准曲线的线性关系良好,检出限低,回收率为92.0%-109.4%,精密度为0.54%-4.25%,测定结果令人满意.
ICP- OES was adopted in the determination of 14 elements in grape wine. Pre- treatments of grape wine samples and detection conditions were studied. A complete analysis method was established. In the pre - treatment period, alcohol in grape wine was evaporated in water bath at 80℃. Then HNO3 and H202 were added to digest the samples. The pre - treatment method is simple and feasible and the loss of elements is less. The content of 14 elements in grape wine was detected by ICP - OES, and the results were all satisfactory with a good linearity of standard lines, low detection limits, a recovery between 92.0% - 109.4% and a precision between 0.54% -4.25%.
