摘要
民族文化旅游创意产业是创意产业和文化旅游产业的耦合与创新，是民族地区借势发力、加快经济转型升级的突破口，是乘势而上、推动发展方式转变的着力点，是提速赶超实现区域经济跨越发展的增长标尺。以德宏自治州为例，基于产业融合、产权制度创新、技术进步三条路径对民族地区发展民族文化旅游创意产业进行了探析，并提出了相应的发展策略。
The ethnic cultural tourism creative industry is integration and innovation of the creative industry and cultural tourism industry. It is a breach for the minority areas with the power to speed up the economic transformation and upgrade. And it is not only the focal point of development mode change, but also the ruler of speed to surpassing the growth of regional economic development by leaps and bounds. Taking Dehong autonomous prefecture as an example, based on industrial convergence, property system innovation and technical progress of three paths to analysis of development ethnic cultural tourism and creative industries in minority areas, the corresponding development strategy has been put forward.
