摘要
研究了铬锰氮双相( 马氏体奥氏体)ZG0Cr13Mn8N 钢在400 ~700 ℃温度区间内回火后的显微组织。结果表明,ZG0Cr13Mn8N 钢在580 ℃回火时奥氏体量增多;淬火和逆变奥氏体在低于580 ℃回火时都十分稳定,而高于580 ℃回火时则不稳定;随着回火温度的升高,马氏体板条特征愈加不明显,且在板条马氏体和奥氏体内均有M7C3 型碳化物析出、聚集和长大。
The microstructure of a CrMnN dual phase(martensite austenite) steel tempered at temperature 400~700 ℃ was studied. The results show that the austenite content was maximum in the steel ZG0Cr13Mn8N tempered at 580℃. The quenching austenite and reversible transformation austenite were very stable in steel tempered at the temperature below 580℃, and were unstable in steel tempered at the temperature over 580℃. With increasing the tempering temperature and time, the M 7C 3 carbides precipitated, accumulated and grew up in martensitic lath and austenite, but with increasing tempering temperature the characteristic of the martensitic lath was not appreciable.
