摘要
【目的】研究3种饲料原料中添加黄粉虫虫粉对黄粉虫幼虫生长的影响,从而为优化黄粉虫的人工饲养提供依据。【方法】向麦麸、酒糟和豆腐渣3种饲料原料中添加不同比例的黄粉虫成虫粉或蛹粉,饲喂6周后,测定黄粉虫幼虫水分含量、粗蛋白含量和粗脂肪含量。【结果】饲料中添加黄粉虫蛹粉或成虫粉均可降低幼虫水分含量,提高幼虫粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量。不同类型饲料饲养的幼虫水分含量结果比较为,麦麸组<酒糟组<豆腐渣组;粗蛋白含量和粗脂肪含量的结果比较为,麦麸组>酒糟组>豆腐渣组。黄粉虫幼虫水分含量随饲料中添加的黄粉虫蛹粉或成虫粉比例的增加而降低;粗蛋白含量和粗脂肪含量的变化则相反。【结论】麦麸添加20%的黄粉虫蛹粉可获得低水分含量、高粗脂肪和粗蛋白含量的黄粉虫幼虫,可作为黄粉虫饲养的最佳饲料。
[Objective] The objective of this study was to explore the effect of adding T. molior a- dult or pupa powder in feeds on the physiological index of T. molior, and to provide a basis for op- timization its artificial rearing. [Method] Fed T. molior with the feed of wheat bran or distiller's grains or bean dregs as basic feed and with different proportion of powder of adult or pupa of T. molior. After 6 weeks, the water content, crude protein content and crude fat content of T. moli- or larvae were determined. [Results] Adding adult or pupa powder in feed would decrease water content and increase crude protein and crude fat of T. molior larvae. Among three kinds of feeds, the sequence of water content of T. molior larvae was wheat bran, distiller's grains, bean dregs, and the sequence of content of crude protein and crude fat was bean dregs, distiller's grains, wheat bran. The water content of T. molior larvae was decreased as the proportion of the powder of a- dult or pupa increased, while the content of crude protein and crude fat were increased. [Conclu- sion] Wheat bran with 20 % pupa powder was the best feed for raising T. molior with low water content, high crude protein and crude fat content.
