摘要
实验使用混凝-氧化法对印染废水进行处理,采用混凝-氧化法不仅能有效地去除废水中的固体悬浮物和颜色,而且也能去除大部分的CODCr,去除率在60%~70%左右。本研究采用混凝沉淀与氧化的组合工艺对其进行处理实验,着重研究了有关工艺条件与CODCr去除率的关系。用混凝-氧化法处理印染废水,确定最佳混凝和氧化条件。实验中考察了pH值、混凝剂加入量、沉降时间、氧化剂加入量和氧化时间等对CODCr去除率的影响。
Coagulation-oxidation method was used in treating printing and dyeing wastewater in this experiment. The method can remove effectively not only suspended solids and color in wastewater, but also most of the CODe, material, which the removal rate is about 60% - 70%. In this paper, the combined process of coagulation and sedimentation and oxidation was used in treating printing and dyeing wastewater. It studied the relationship of process conditions and the CODe, removal rate, determined the optimum conditions. Effects of pH values, coagulants dosage, settling time, oxidants dosage, and oxidation time on CODc, removal rate were studied.
