摘要
21世纪人类经历了战争、海啸、飓风、禽流感、地震、能源危机、物种灭绝等,面对接踵而来的危机,人类十分有必要对其自身行为进行深刻地反思。作为2 500多年前的东方哲学家老子所提出的世界发展的主张,在今天的人类危机面前具有重要的现实意义。
The 21st century saw various kinds of disasters, ranging from wars, tsunami, hurricanes, bird flu, earthquake to energy crisis and species extinction. Facing the crises happened one after another, it is necessary for human beings to ponder upon their activities. The assertions proposed by oriental philosopher Lao Zi 2500 years ago have instructive significance to today＇s human crises.
