摘要
网上舆论引导过程是实事求是、与时俱进的过程,是尊重差异、包容多样,用一元化的指导思想整合、引领多样化的社会思潮和思想观念的发展过程。网上舆论汇聚了不同社会集团、阶层、群体的利益诉求,有着多样化的价值取向和社会思维表达,带有一定影响力和倾向性以及难以分辨的不确定性。面对复杂的高动态性网上舆论,基层领导干部需要有透彻的政治辨别能力和较高的应对引导能力,需要有从党性和科学发展观的战略高度,自觉增强把握网上舆论引导规律的能力。
Internet public opinion guidance is the development process to seek truth from facts, keep pace with the times, respect differences, tolerate diversity, and use the unified guiding thought to integrate and lead the diverse social ideological trend and the ide- ological concept. Internet public opinion brings together the interests of different social group, class, group, with diversified value ori- entation and social thinking, with a certain influence and tendency and uncertainty which is difficult to distinguish. In face of complex and highly dynamic Internct pubLic opinion, leading cadres at the grassroots levei needs a thorough pditical discrimination capability and high response and leading ability, as well as the ability to consciously grasp the law of guiding Internet public opinion from the stra- tegic height of the party spirit and scientific outlook on development.
